- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The staff were extremely unprofessional: having to hear from one of the techs how cold it was in the office and complaining of how the other employees were either overweight ("fat" was the word she used) or menopausal was unsettling to say the least and having other techs mocking my husbands eye sight was uncalled for. On top of that: billing issues and having to wait 1 month for some trial lenses was just the last straw. The only positive experience was Dr. Freed-Gilvey, she is a good doctor; but unfortunately the negative overshadows the positive. Go at your own risk. BEWARE!September 23, 2017by Lyma Gala
